Didn't see where truck drivers are mentioned. Can't tell you how many times I have heard on the Citizen's Band where a truck had sat for several days in a pickle park before someone called the Law resulting in the discovery of a driver who had been dead in the sleeper for days. Anyone who does it knows that sitting for ten to twelve hours per day, every day, is unhealthy.
Yeah, but don't worry. Next week, regular sitting will add years to your life. That's how these things work: This week, milk will kill you. Next week, milk is great. The dangers kind of even out, over time.
