We had cloud cover and 4 above. Not rubbing it in, just a weather report. Keokuk had +14 which indicates that Iowa has some extreme contrasts.

In my extreme yoot I worked in your river valley for a while and remember how nice it was to be a couple of hundred miles south of Minnesota -- and a few hundred feet lower.
Things are warming up nicely here, but as far as I know no has treatd Harkin's wet suit with itching powder yet.
